After an initial chat clarifying your specific requirements – including your ceremony size, venue location and the extent of personalisation you want within the script – I will provide you with a detailed written quotation accompanied by a comprehensive Service Quality Guarantee.

Whilst some celebrants are priced lower and others are much higher, I unquestionably offer outstanding value for money.

Each and every couple who provided written feedback have confirmed that my prices are always ‘cheap’ or ‘fair’ – and my services have never been rated as ‘expensive’.

My packages contain much added value. For instance, some wedding packages include the additional official Marriage Certificate (which is sent to you by Express Post direct from the Registry) as well as, if required, a discount voucher for a popular name-change service. These items alone are valued at around $100.

Economy: If you are simply crying out “just marry me!”, then this package is designed especially for you. We complete the necessary legal documents and also say all the mandatory language at a brief and minimalist Legals Only type ceremony.
Premium Economy: Or perhaps you would rather some simple personalisation in an unpretentious elopement Up Close & Personal type ceremony that doesn’t break the bank?
Business: Otherwise let’s create a more elaborate Full Monty type of ceremony (without the nudity!) to tell the story of you both as individuals and as a couple, and maybe even include some audience participation for good measure!

Life’s other Rites of Passage

Beyond weddings and elopements, there are many and varied other milestones of life which are similarly worthy of recognition, ritual and celebration.

And unlike weddings, these sometimes lesser-known ‘Rites of Passage’ are generally not inhibited by legal requirements. Accordingly, they offer far greater flexibility and often informality compared to some weddings and elopements. And so, these ceremonies can usually be relatively inexpensive to conduct.

The list of ceremony categories below is certainly not exhaustive, but may offer some suggestions on events that are certainly well worthy of celebration. I’m more than willing to help create any type of ceremony, even if it’s not specified below.

Relationships: Apart from weddings and elopements, romantic relationships can also be publicly acknowledged and rejoiced by announcing to the world that “we still do” with Renewal of Vows and Commitment Ceremonies.
Growing families: Modern growing families offer many reasons (and excuses) to celebrate, including New Baby, Adoption, Naming, Coming of Age and Blended Family events.
Life: As our population matures, so we are more frequently celebrating lives – and indeed life itself – through Memorials, Ash Scattering or even Living Wakes. These rituals offer proven therapeutic benefits particularly at, and after, times of loss, grief or bereavement.
Pet Parenting: And not to be outdone, our beloved ‘fur-children’ family members are increasingly embraced with Pet Welcome and Pet Memorial ceremonies. Like the ceremonies celebrating the lives of humans, providing ritual after the loss of a companion pet is established as delivering significant healing benefits for adults and, of course even more importantly, also for children – particularly those who may be experiencing their first loss.
